I want to announce the winners of my RAK post from last week where I'll scrap a 12x12 or 8.5x11 layout for you either in digital or the traditional way...you can choose!
I had 7 comments in total left on the two posts on my blogs, so those ladies had a very good chance of winning....anyway, the lucky two winners are:
ALETHEA and COLLEEN
Congratulations ladies! You can choose which size and way you'd like your layouts done. Alethea, you can bring your pics on Friday night if you have them ready and we'll have a chat about it then. And Colleen is one of my blog readers from the good ol' USA so you can email me me a couple of pics and I'll see if I can do your pics justice as Colleen's work is totally awesome!
A special mention goes to Robyn's little comment which she wrote as a poem!
Time is of the essence
And it's quickly running out
So my scrapping is suffering
Photos are laying all about
So if you could find time
Please scrap a school photo of Trent
I trust him in your hands
Cause your scrapping is heaven sent.
Thanks for being so creative Robyn and to the others who took the time the leave me a little comment.
You can leave me a comment anytime as I like to know if anyone out there gains anything from the things I post and also want to know if anyone is actually looking at this thing! I would still blog anyway as it's for my own purposes but also love to share what I do with the scrapping world as you always learn from what others do.
Today I was reading Jess Gordon's blog who does lots of digital scrapping but she's got a link to a beautiful website with lots of traditional scrapping projects on it called Inspire Company. It's a website that offers vintage, shabby chic projects for sale and by tutorial. There's plenty of eye candy and inspiration to be had there. Check out some of the projects in the magazines and also what Jess made on her blog (love the cake card). All totally gorgeous things!
Don't you love these little girls decorated with flowers...how creative.
I also found this little pic ages ago on someone's blog and I can't remember now but thought I'd share it....love owls and this is so cute!
And this baby wall hanging is just beautiful but didn't record where I found it!

Hi Sharon! thanks for featuring my card :)! I'm so glad you enjoyed Inspire Company, it's one of my favorite spots on the web!
